- Closing out the MLS when sold/expired
Does NOT include:
- Ordering sign/lockbox
- Schedule with Buyer Home Inspection Apt
- I do not attend Final Walkthrough
- I do not attend closings, pick up keys
** If the deal falls through prior to closing, $200 is owed.

- Send Earnest money instructions to Buyer
- File Management in Skyslope
- Sending out Timelines/CC Lender
- Sending out Amendments/Addendums to be signed, but not forwarded to Title/Lender
- Schedule Final Walk Through
- Confirm Closing Date/Time
Listing Side
- Build out the MLS
- Upload Photos
- Fill In Required Fields
- Upload Signed Documents
- Create Listing Contract
- Create Forms File & Skyslope File
- Add Signed Listing Docs to File
- File Management in Skyslope
- Sending out Timelines/Order of Title
- Sending out Amendments/Addendums to be signed, but not forwarded to Title/Lender
- Schedule Pre-sign of Closing Docs with Title
- Closing out the MLS when sold/expired

- File Management in Skyslope – making sure your commission check/closing statement and required documents are in Skyslope to be paid out
