This option is for writing an offer on a property.
$50
Includes:
- Create Forms File
- Draft the offer per your terms and send to you to review/sign
Does NOT include:
- Sending to the agent once offer is signed
This price is based on whether the offer is accepted or rejected.
OPTION – 5
This option is for an accepted offer, working behind the scenes but does not interact with the Buyer.
$350
Includes:
- Create Skyslope File & Add all signed documents to the file
- File Management in Skyslope
- If given dates, I can plug into Aligned/Showingtime for Inspections/Final Walk Thru
Does NOT include:
- Send Earnest money instructions to Buyer
- Schedule with Buyer Home Inspection Apt
- Sending out Timelines/CC Lender
- Sending out Amendments/Addendums
- Schedule with Buyer Final Walk Through or Attend
- Sending Wire Instructions to Buyer
- I do not attend closings, pick up keys
- Marketing
** If the offer falls through prior to closing, the $100 is owed.
OPTION – 6
This option is for an accepted offer, full hands on.
$500
Includes:
- Create Skyslope File & Add all signed documents to the file
- Send Earnest money instructions to Buyer
- File Management in Skyslope
- Sending out Timelines/CC Lender
- Sending out Amendments/Addendums to be signed, but not forwarded to agent
- Schedule Final Walk Through
- Confirm Closing Date/Time
Does NOT include:
- Sending Wire Instructions to Buyer
- I do not attend Final Walkthrough
- I do not attend closings, pick up keys
- Marketing
** If the offer falls through prior to closing, $100 is owed.
Referral

Includes:
- File Management in Skyslope – making sure your commission check/closing statement and required documents are in Skyslope to be paid out.
Does NOT include:
- Does not manage anything during the entire transaction process.
