This option is behind the scenes to get you started but does not interact with the seller.

  • Build out the MLS
    • Upload Photos
    • Create Public Remarks
    • Fill In Required Fields
  • Order the Sign and Lockbox
  • Create Forms File & Skyslope File
  • Ordering down the Sign and Lockbox
  • Closing out the MLS when sold/expired

Does NOT include:

  • Creating Listing Contract
  • Uploading signed documents into MLS
  • Seller Review of MLS Listing
  • Pushing the MLS Delayed/Live
  • Setting up Aligned
  • File Management in Skyslope
  • Sending out Timelines/Order of Title
  • Sending out Amendments/Addendums
  • Sending out Timelines/Order of Title
  • Marketing

** If the listing expires, $100 is owed.

OPTION – 2

This option gets the property on the market and sends out the listing contract, but does not create or send amendments and guide the transaction through to closing, other than uploading the signed documents into skyslope.

This option is fully hands on from creating the MLS, sending out the contract and any amendments/addendums along the way to closing while managing the skyslope file.

  • Schedule Pre-sign of Closing Docs with Title
  • Ordering down the Sign and Lockbox
  • Closing out the MLS when sold/expired
